Ryedale Film and Photo Fest 26

Finally back home again after taking part in the Ryedale Film and Photo Fest. It was such a privilege to be invited to take part in such a new and exciting festival. My work was shown at the Parish Project alongside, such amazing photographers and video artist as; Carolyn Mendelsohn, Tessa Bunny, Lucy Saggers, Ania Ready and Mandy Williams, to name a few. It was so wonderful to see my work Sorrow in this location and to be able to share its inception and purpose. Rachel Rimell has done the most amazing curation, bringing together such a diverse collection of images, but more importantly highlighting how important this kind of festival is for engaging people with the arts. Making the event highly accessible to everyone who maybe curious or interested. Work can be seen throughout the town and is showcased in store fronts and shop windows. Long may it continue.
